    Cancellations
    We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice will not be charged a fee.
    
    Late Cancellations
    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session rate. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time slot to another client.
    
    No-Shows
    Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full session rate. A no-show is defined as failing to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time without contacting us.
    
    No-Call / No-Show
    Clients who do not arrive and make no attempt to contact us before or after the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session rate. Repeat no-call/no-show clients may be required to prepay for future appointments.
    
    Emergencies & Exceptions
    We understand that true emergencies happen — illness, family emergencies, severe weather, etc. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and may waive the fee at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
    
    How to Cancel or Reschedule
    Please contact us by phone, text, or through our online booking system to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you avoid canceling via social media or other informal channels to ensure your request is received promptly.
