• Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions

2.6 Data Misuse

• Store or process data you don't have rights to

• Use client data for purposes other than therapy services
• Violate HIPAA or other healthcare privacy laws

3. Client Data Protection

As a massage therapist using BusyBook, you must:

• Obtain proper consent before storing client information
• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Report suspected unauthorized access immediately
• Comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare privacy laws
• Only access client data necessary for providing services

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor platform usage for violations of this Policy.
