Important: These analytics services are self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Analytics data does not leave our controlled environment or go to third-party servers.

5. Infrastructure Cookies
We use self-hosted infrastructure services that set cookies:
- Supabase: Authentication tokens (self-hosted on our infrastructure)
- PostHog: Analytics tracking (self-hosted on our infrastructure)
- Umami: Website analytics (self-hosted on our infrastructure)
Important Clarification: All of the above services are self-hosted on infrastructure under our direct control. Data collected by these cookies remains within our environment and is not transmitted to or processed by third-party companies.

Platform Settings
Analytics cookies can be disabled in your BusyBook account settings: go to Settings → Privacy and toggle "Analytics and Improvements" off.
7. Consequences of Disabling Cookies
If you disable essential cookies:
- You may not be able to log in
- Platform features may not work properly
- Your preferences won't be saved
If you disable analytics cookies:
- Platform will still function fully
- We won't track your usage for improvement purposes
